Hi, I'm Cody
I'm a mechanical engineer working across industrial process systems and mechanical design by day, with a background in military service that shaped how I approach any job: plan it fully, execute it precisely, and own the result. I started Derivative Design to put that same discipline into products and custom parts — measured carefully, modeled properly, and made to hold tolerance.
But what drives this shop isn't just precision — it's a belief that doing right by people is worth more than cutting corners for profit. Every client gets our full effort, not just what's contracted for.
